EVALUATION OF CHANNEL CODING EFFICIENCY IN OFDM TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Herald of Khmelnytskyi National University, 2021The paper presents the results a study of methods for increasing the noise immunity of telecommunication channels with OFDM. The structure of the OFDM signal is investigated. The influence of the structure OFDM signals on the noise immunity of their transmission under the influence of the effect of intersymbol interference in a multipath channel is ...

A Heuristic Procedure for Leasing Channels in Telecommunications Networks
Journal of the Operational Research Society, 1993Rapid advances in computing and communications technology have made distributed computing an attractive alternative for geographically dispersed organizations. A telecommunication sub-network forms the backbone of these distributed systems. In general, this paper focuses on the assignment of communication channel capacities in the presence of time ...

Dual-channel graphene-based optical metasurface switch at telecommunication wavelengths
Journal of the Optical Society of America B, 2023We theoretically present the concept of a dual-channel optical metasurface switch operating at telecommunication wavelengths. The switching exploits two Fano resonant peaks produced by two pairs of asymmetric silicon nano-bars stacked vertically with each pair acting as optical resonators.

A low-noise BiCMOS amplifier channel for telecommunications
Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, 1994A low-noise low-pass amplifier channel designed for telecommunications is described. The channel has an 80-kHz corner frequency and total dynamic range of 94 dB. To achieve the high dynamic range, the amplifier channel is constructed with a BiCMOS process and a relative high supply voltage of ±8V is used.

Design of a novel microstrip four-channel diplexer for multi-channel telecommunication systems
Telecommunication Systems, 2019This paper presents a novel microstrip quad-channel diplexer. The introduced diplexer operates at close resonance frequencies of 1.68 GHz, 1.9 GHz, 3.9 GHz and 4.43 GHz for multi-service wireless applications. The frequency responses of S21 and S31 are sharp at the edges of all passbands.

Mobile telecommunication in mine: characterization of the radio channel
Proceedings of 8th Mediterranean Electrotechnical Conference on Industrial Applications in Power Systems, Computer Science and Telecommunications (MELECON 96), 2002This paper describes the experimental results dealing with the radio coverage in mines. First the narrow band response of the channel has been measured both in galleries and room with pillars in a frequency range extending from 150 MHz to 900 MHz. Wide band measurements are then described in order to optimize the telecommunication system.

Neuro-fuzzy system for prediction of telecommunication channel load
2015 Second International Scientific-Practical Conference Problems of Infocommunications Science and Technology (PIC S&T), 2015The article presents the synthesis of neuro-fuzzy prediction system of network load in the telecommunication channel. The use of neuro-fuzzy system allows accurate prediction of the number of packets received within a predetermined time interval for transmission over a telecommunications channel.
