Antenna for Telecommunication Systems
2020 27th International Conference on Telecommunications (ICT), 2020The results of the development of antennas with circular polarization are presented. Distinctive features of antennas are: non-directional radiation pattern in the azimuthal plane and a narrow radiation pattern in the elevation plane when the maximum of the emission of the horizon line is shifted by an angle from 0° to 30°.

Telecommunications systems maintenance
Computers & Operations Research, 1994Abstract This paper focuses on telecommunications systems maintenance with a view to investigating new work load assignment techniques that potentially integrate related maintenance operations. The integration of maintenance tasks with differing complexities is achieved using the concept of a “Universal Technician”.

Optimum design of telecommunication systems
Proceedings 7th International Conference on Computer Communications and Networks (Cat. No.98EX226), 2002This paper presents a method for network synthesis and optimum design in telecommunication and computer communication systems. Our method uses two concepts: the dynamic buffer size queue and the equivalent product form network. While the first concept helps in reducing the complexity of the network by hiding local parts in the network, the latter ...

The Convergence of Computing and Telecommunications Systems
Science, 1977Since we do not know of any completely workable solutions to the problems we have considered, we shall settle for a few general observations: 1) The public availability of socially useful computer communications services is and has been held back by legal battles that are now under way between the potential suppliers.
