A new species of Phlebiaporus Kozlov is described and illustrated. The previously unknown male of the genus is also described. This genus is reported for the first time from the Oriental region and redescribed with additional characters.

This paper summarises Iranian records of the genus Trissolcus Ashmead 1893 (Hymenoptera: Platygastroidea: Scelionidae). In total, 19 species are now known. One of these, Trissolcus crypticus Clarke, is a new record for Iran. In addition, the paper provides synonyms, hosts and distributional data for all the species.

Two new scelionid species of the subgenus Telenomus, genus Telenomus, subfamily Telenominae are described: Telenomus (Telenomus) oculus sp. nov. and T. (T.) tetragonus sp. nov. Brief morphological characterizations of the new taxa are given, and comparative analysis of the inclusions described and members of the recent fauna is provided.
