The Teleomorph ofCristulariella Moricola

Mycologia, 1983
The teleomorph of Cristulariella moricola, a leaf spotting fungus, is described as a new genus and species, Grovesinia pyramidalis. It was produced in vitro after a cold treatment of 4-6 months at 4 C and subsequent incubation at 15 C and a 14-h photoperiod. Mycelial inoculations using a culture of ascospore origin produced typical bull's-eye or zonate

Aspergillus and Related Teleomorphs

1997
Thriving in, or at least tolerant of, elevated temperatures and reduced water activities, species of Aspergillus and its teleomorph Eurotium are the epitome of spoilage fungi. There are few kinds of foods, commodities and raw materials from which Aspergilli cannot be isolated consistently.

A Valsa teleomorph for Cytospora eucalypticola

Mycological Research, 1991
A Valsa teleomorph of Cytospora eucalypticola has been found in south-east Australia. Comparison with other Valsa species suggests that the fungus should be identified as V. ceratosperma. The retention of C. eucalypticola for the anamorph commonly isolated in Australia and South Africa is suggested as this fungus appears to have some distinctive ...
