New Plant Protection, Volume 2, Issue 2, June 2025.Rice is constantly under threat from a variety of pathogens. This review highlights the major diseases affecting rice in China, including three fungal diseases, two bacterial diseases, two viral diseases, and one nematode. The review also proposes future directions for an integrated approach to control these significant rice diseases.
