Continuous variable port-based teleportation
Port-based teleportation is generalization of the standard teleportation protocol which does not require unitary operations by the receiver. This comes at the price of requiring $N>1$ entangled pairs, while $N=1$ for the standard teleportation protocol ...

We present design considerations for animated transitions of the appearance of 3D spatial datasets in a hybrid Augmented Reality‐desktop context. Such hybrid interfaces combine both traditional and immersive displays to facilitate the exploration of 2D and 3D data representations in the environment in which they are best displayed.

A QUANTUM TELEPORTATION GAME [PDF]
We investigate a game where a sender (Alice) teleports coherent states to two receivers (Bob and Charlie) through a tripartite Gaussian state. The aim of the receivers is to optimize their teleportation fidelities by means of local operations and classical communications.

It was predicted by Tewari [Phys. Rev. Lett. {\bf 100}, 027001 (2008)] that a teleportationlike electron transfer phenomenon is one of the novel consequences of the existence of Majorana fermion, because of the inherently nonlocal nature. In this work we

Teletransporter and other troubles [PDF]
The article is a commentary on the work of Alexey Kardash Teletransporter and Origami. It critically analyses the objections to the survival of the person in teleportation: about hidden dualism, about violation of cause-and-effect relations and about ...

Team Cognition Research Is Transforming Cognitive Science
Abstract About 30 years ago, the Dynamical Hypothesis instigated a variety of insights and transformations in cognitive science. One of them was the simple observation that, quite unlike trial‐based tasks in a laboratory, natural ecologically valid behaviors almost never have context‐free starting points.

Deterministic teleportation and universal computation without particle exchange
Teleportation is a cornerstone of quantum technologies, and has played a key role in the development of quantum information theory. Pushing the limits of teleportation is therefore of particular importance.

Hertz-rate metropolitan quantum teleportation
Quantum teleportation can transfer an unknown quantum state between distant quantum nodes, which holds great promise in enabling large-scale quantum networks.

Teleportation of quantum states [PDF]
Bennett et al. (PRL 70, 1859 (1993)) have shown how to transfer ("teleport") an unknown spin quantum state by using prearranged correlated quantum systems and transmission of classical information. I will show how their results can be obtained in the framework of nonlocal measurements proposed by Aharonov and Albert I will generalize the latter to the ...
