Multifunctional Bioactive Scaffold Facilitating BMSCs‐Driven Osteogenesis and Vascularization in Critical‐Sized Bone Defect Repair

A dual‐network bFGF@CB‐gel integrates: i) ChSMA scaffold (mechanical support/BMSCs delivery); ii) BC carrier (sustained bFGF release via EGFL/Itga2b and COMP/PI3K/AKT for adhesion/osteogenesis); iii) bFGF/PI3K/AKT/eNOS for angiogenesis. This rational, synergistic design addresses CSD bone regeneration challenges.

ESCRT‐Mimetic Nanodegrader Targets STING for Anti‐Inflammatory Therapy

A nanoplatform‐enabled targeted protein degradation strategy is presented to regulate aberrant STING signaling. STING‐ATTEC induces selective autophagic degradation of STING via formation of a STING–ATTEC–LC3 ternary complex, while the cationic FA‐LNP+ system enhances LC3 generation and targeted delivery. Schooling Trajectories and the Development of Brain Dynamics: A Comparative Study of Montessori and Traditional Education

We investigate whether Montessori and traditional schooling systems shape the developmental trajectory of large‐scale brain dynamics in different ways. We quantify the arrow of time (“non‐reversibility”) in neural activity during resting state and movie‐watching, revealing distinct maturational patterns.

This work identifies M1 macrophage‐mediated inflammation as a key driver of BMSC senescence and bone microstructural deterioration at the enthesis. A tissue‐adhesive hydrogel delivering senomorphic small extracellular vesicles suppresses this inflammatory‐senescent cascade and enhances BMSC resilience by inhibiting the cGAS‐STING‐NF‐κB pathway.
