Modern Techniques for the Determination of Service Areas of Television Broadcast Stations

IRE Transactions on Broadcast Transmission Systems, 1956
Propagation conditions at frequencies allocated to television broadcasting require a statistical analysis of field intensity measurements in order to determine the coverage of a television broadcast station. Methods have been developed for the sampling of the field intensity at a height of 30 feet above ground along a true radial. Method of analysis of

Uncompressed 8K Ultra-high Definition Television Transmission over 100G Ethernet in Broadcasting Station

Optical Fiber Communication Conference, 2017
For live television production, we developed a system for transmitting a 257-Gb/s 8K ultra-high definition television signal using two 100-Gb/s Ethernet lines. Packet-error-rate was evaluated to satisfy broadcasting requirements; stable 8K transmission was successfully performed.
