Halide‐Gradient Sidewall Heterojunctions for Lateral Charge Confinement in Perovskite Single Crystal x‐ray Detectors

Halide‐gradient MAPbBr3−xClx/MAPbBr3 sidewalls are formed by solution‐driven MACl ion exchange in MAPbBr3 single crystals. The graded lateral heterojunction confines charge carriers in the bulk, suppresses side‐surface leakage and baseline drift, and eliminates transient undershoot.

A century of structures: historical fidelity and computational fitness in the Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD)
