Reductive Transformation of ALD TeO2 into Continuous and Impurity‐Free Tellurium Films
Atomic layer deposition forms a conformal TeO2 template that transforms to elemental Te through TeH2 mediated reduction using Te(SiMe3)2 and NH3. The transformation is self‐limiting and yields continuous crystalline Te with oxygen‐free bulk and interface even at ultrathin thicknesses.
