Record phenological responses to climate change in three sympatric penguin species
Journal of Animal Ecology, EarlyView.This paper is impressive because we managed to monitor extensively a really difficult place to reach and operate in. We deployed 77 cameras across Antarctica and the Sub Antarctic islands to monitor three different species of penguins. We found that they are the fastest advancing vertebrates with respect to their timing of breeding.

Stream temperature‐equilibrium temperature relationship [PDF]
Water Resources Research, 2003 Equilibrium temperature is the water temperature at which the sum of all heat fluxes through the water surface is zero. It can be calculated from weather data. Mean weekly stream temperature was found to be linearly related to mean weekly equilibrium temperature above 0°C.
