Temperatura preferida, temperaturas críticas y respuestas metabólicas de Lutjanus guttatus (Steindachmer, 1869) ante diferentes temperaturas de aclimatación

open access: yes, 2014
In the present investigation 240 juveniles to 20gr. of Lutjanus guttatus acclimated at temperatures (TAs) of 20 °C, 23 °C, 26 °C, 29 °C, 32 °C and 35 °C. It was determined the final temperature preferred of L. guttatus 29 ± 1 °C. The rate of oxygen consumption under different TAs showed a significant increment (P ˂ 0005) from 204.9 to 502.2 mg kg-1 h-1
