A temperature compensation method of measuring frequency for cylindrical vibratory gyroscope in frequency split trimming

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
In the process of frequency split trimming, the fluctuation of environmental temperature causes a deviation in measuring the natural frequency, which is bigger than the request trimming accuracy.

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.

Influence of Oil Temperature of Yaw Damper on Dynamic Performance

open access: yes机车电传动, 2016
Detriment of increasing of oil temperature was analyzed, and then a different temperature test on yaw damper of a highspeed vehicles was performed. Based above, a new-type yaw damper with temperature compensation was proposed. It could be concluded that:

A Temperature Compensation Technique for Near-Infrared Methane Gas Threshold Detection

open access: yes, 2016
Methane is the primary constituent of natural gas, and is used in many industrial processes. Detection of the presence of methane is important, especially before it reaches explosive concentrations. Earlier sensor types are based on catalytic adsorption (

Microstructure Evolution of a VMnFeCoNi High‐Entropy Alloy After Synthesis, Swaging, and Annealing

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
The synthesis and processing (rotary swaging and annealing) of the novel VMnFeCoNi alloy is investigated, alongside the estimation of the grain size effect on hardness. Analysis of a wide grain size range of recrystallized microstructures (12–210 µm) reveals a low annealing twin density.

Creep‐Induced Microstructural Evolution in an A2‐B2 Superalloy

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A 27.3Ta‐27.3Mo‐27.3Ti‐8Cr‐10Al (at.%) refractory high‐entropy alloy with precipitation‐strengthened A2‐B2 microstructure was studied by creep tests at 1030°C, which demonstrate a transition in deformation mechanisms in the range of 100–150 MPa applied stress. This is associated with changes in dislocation–precipitate interactions. Relevant deformation
