Polysilicon temperature sensor
MELECON '98. 9th Mediterranean Electrotechnical Conference. Proceedings (Cat. No.98CH36056), 2002Temperature dependence of polysilicon electrical resistance is investigated using existing polysilicon electrical conduction models. Conducted simulations showed the possibility of producing polysilicon resistors having a stable resistance on temperature dependence.

Endoscopic pyrometric temperature sensor
Optics Letters, 2020We demonstrate a pyrometric contact-less temperature sensor using a flexible fused silica fiber of 360 µm diameter able to measure down to 30°C with a precision better than 1°C at 10 Hz. Silica fibers, as opposed to dedicated mid-IR fibers, are non-degrading, low-cost, and bio-compatible.

Miniaturized Flexible Temperature Sensor
Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems, 2007We realize a flexible temperature sensor based on a micropatterned thin-film platinum resistor. The sensor is situated at the end of a 100-mum-wide and 7-cm-long probe. The latter consists of a biocompatible high-temperature-resistant polyimide (U-Varnish-S, UBE Industries, Tokyo, Japan) in which the platinum resistor and the electrical contact leads ...

Integrated Temperature Sensor for Temperature Compensation of Inertial Sensors
2019 IEEE International Symposium on Inertial Sensors and Systems (INERTIAL), 2019This study reports a novel dual-resonator integrated temperature sensor for temperature compensation on inertial sensors. The proposed temperature sensor eliminates the need of a TCXO or OCXO time base for accurate frequency-based temperature determination.

Temperature sensors and optical sensors
Applied Physics B, 2007The dependence of temperature on the fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence intensity ratio using Stark sublevels and thermally coupled (close lying) levels in triply ionized rare earth ions, doped into a variety of glasses and fibers, have been reviewed.

Reflectometric temperature sensor
SPIE Proceedings, 2011This article presents the construction and measurement results for a fibre reflectometric temperature sensor. The measurement head in the examined sensor was located at the very end of the measurement path. The operating principle is based on the changes in the light refractive index in the function of temperature. This in turns causes changes in the
