Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

A time series approach for profiling attack [PDF]
The goal of a profiling attack is to challenge the security of a cryptographic device in the worst case scenario. Though template attack is reputed as the strongest power analysis attack, they effectiveness is strongly dependent on the validity of the ...

We introduce a capillary‐filtering‐based particle‐filling (CFPF) process that simultaneously forms vertical thermal pathways and electrical vias within µ‐pores. In situ microfluidic analysis reveals that capillary‐driven velocity gradients generate vorticity that governs µ‐platelet rotation and vertical alignment.

Deep Learning-based Side Channel Attack on HMAC SM3.
SM3 is a Chinese hash standard. HMAC SM3 uses a secret key to encrypt the input text and gives an output as the HMAC of the input text. If the key is recovered, adversaries can easily forge a valid HMAC.

Spectral Approach to Process the (Multivariate) High-Order Template Attack against Any Masking Scheme [PDF]
Cryptographic software is particularly vulnerable to side-channel attacks when programmed in embedded devices. Indeed, the leakage is particularly intense compared to the noise level, making it mandatory for the developer to implement side-channel attack

Surface‐host dialogue at the implant interface governs biological fate and osseointegration. Surface physicochemical properties of titanium (Ti) dental implants, including microgrooves, nanopatterns, nanotopography, roughness, and wettability, modulate the initial adsorption of proteins and the formation of a dynamic biointerface.
