American Journal of Roentgenology, 1969Post-traumatic aneurysms of the superficial temporal artery are encountered infrequntly and the literature contains only one example diagnosed by carotid angiography.An additional case is reported in which the aneurysm was demonstrated angiographically and treated by excision.The clinical features of this condition are briefly discussed.

1994In 14 adult cadavers, bilateral dissections of the a. temporalis superficials and a. temporalis media were performed. By determining the important clinical and anatomical reference points measurements were made. After the evaluation of the data, a new classification has been accomplished.
