Partitioned storage for temporal databases
Efficiently maintaining history data on line together with current data is difficult. This paper discusses one promising approach, the temporally partitioned store. The current store contains current data and possibly some history data, while the history store holds the rest of the data.

ABSTRACT Objectives Focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) is the most common etiology of drug‐resistant epilepsy in children. Focal to bilateral tonic–clonic seizures (FBTCS) mark a high risk of drug‐resistant epilepsy and involve thalamocortical circuitry in their generation and propagation.

A Novel Technique for Time-Centric Analysis of Massive Remotely-Sensed Datasets
Analyzing massive remotely-sensed datasets presents formidable challenges. The volume of satellite imagery collected often outpaces analytical capabilities, however thorough analyses of complete datasets may provide new insights into processes that would

Arterial Spin‐Labeling MRI at the Cortical‐CSF Interface: A Novel Biomarker in Alzheimer Disease
ABSTRACT Background/Objective Arterial spin‐labeling (ASL) MRI can measure perfusion signal adjacent to CSF spaces and may provide information regarding CSF‐adjacent water transport physiology. We developed an automated pipeline to extract cortical‐CSF interface (IF) perfusion for comparison between Alzheimer disease (AD) and cognitively normal ...

Incremental mining of temporal patterns in interval-based database
In several real-life applications, sequence databases, in general, are updated incrementally with time. Some discovered sequential patterns may be invalidated and some new ones may be introduced by the evolution of the database.

Safety and Efficacy of GLP‐1 Receptor Agonists in Adults With Epilepsy, Obesity, and Type 2 Diabetes
ABSTRACT Objective Managing obesity in patients with epilepsy is complicated by the weight‐gaining properties of essential antiseizure medications (ASMs) such as valproate and pregabalin. We evaluated the safety and efficacy of initiating glucagon‐like peptide‐1 receptor agonists (GLP‐1 RAs) in this population.
