Southern Medical Journal, 1987I have reported a case of coexisting schizophrenia and complex partial seizures to augment earlier reports of schizophrenia and psychomotor seizures masquerading as one another. I have attempted to clarify the differential diagnosis and reinforce the need to do thorough studies in such cases.
