In vitro multiplication of clone 'Viequera' (Xanthosoma spp.) in semi-automated culture systems
In Cuba, theXanthosoma genus is highly demanded in the preference of the population in relation to other edible aroids. The temporary immersion system (TIS) may constitute a micropropagation alternative to obtain high quality seed in this crop.

We introduce a new fabrication method that overcomes the current limitation of tubular gap electrospinning. We successfully fabricated a seamless hollow tube with fibers aligned along the longitudinal axis in diameters as small as 300 µm, and then reinforced it using 4‐axis 3D printing.

Micropropagation of Spathiphyllum with Temporary Immersion Bioreactor System
Turkey has an advantageous position for the cultivation of ornamental plants for reasons such as favourable conditions, proximity to markets and cheap labour. In addition to classical production methods, biotechnological methods are used to meet the demand of Spathiphyllum, which is an indoor plant.

A Geometrically Transient Platform for Bioelectronic Implants
Minimally invasive bioelectronic implants often compromise performance for smaller sizes. To resolve this optimization dilemma, a wireless bioelectronic implant with a transient geometry is introduced (MiFi). The origami‐inspired device miniaturizes up to sixfold for syringe insertion and autonomously unfolds post‐implantation.
