This study investigates the effects of a mindfulness‐based intervention (MBI) on women aged 18–61 with chronic pain related to temporomandibular disorders (TMD). Eighty‐four participants were randomised into an intervention group (IG) and a control group (CG). The IG received 8 weekly 2‐h MBI sessions plus a 4‐h immersion.
