A novel nerve block and anatomy workshop for emergency medicine residents: A pilot study

open access: yesAnatomical Sciences Education, EarlyView.
Abstract Construct a workshop for emergency medicine (EM) residents to learn ultrasound‐guided regional anesthesia (UGRA) procedures and build confidence in performing those procedures. Use pre‐ and post‐workshop knowledge and confidence surveys to determine workshop effectiveness.

Combined Reconstruction of the Posterolateral Corner, Anterior Cruciate Ligament, and Lateral Extra‐articular Tenodesis Using Autografts and a Single Femoral Tunnel

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract This surgical technique describe the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament and the posterolateral corner, in addition to lateral extra‐articular tenodesis, using a single femoral tunnel positioned at Stannard's isometric point. The technique employs autologous grafts from the semitendinosus, gracilis, and iliotibial band, resulting ...

Chronic Patellar Tendon Reconstruction Using Ipsilateral Peroneus Longus Autograft

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Chronic patellar tendon rupture is a rare and challenging injury that compromises knee extension and overall function. Conventional repair often requires augmentation or reconstruction using autografts, allografts, or synthetic materials, with most techniques involving transpatellar tunnels, which increase the risk of iatrogenic fracture. This

Medial Patellofemoral Ligament Reconstruction Using Double Limbed Rectus Femoris Autograft

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction is routinely performed when conservative treatment fails and patients present with recurrent patellar dislocations. Most described techniques require fixation or some type of bony procedure on the patella.

Modified Refixation Technique of Distal Deep and Superficial Medial Collateral Ligament Injuries

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Anteromedial knee instability is a complex clinical problem, especially when combined with valgus instability. This type of instability often occurs with injuries to the superficial (sMCL) and deep (dMCL) medial collateral ligaments. In 55%‐70% of cases, there is a combined dMCL lesion with distal sMCL lesion.
