Tenebrio molitor hydrolysates

Proteins derived from insects, especially Tenebrio molitor, offer a promising sustainable source of bioactive compounds. This research aimed to access the biological activities of protein hydrolysates extracted from T. molitor flour, with particular emphasis on their impact on lipid metabolism and oxidative stress in adipocyte models.
