Attraverso l’analisi del dato normativo e della giurisprudenza della Corte di giustizia dell’UE, la ricerca indaga il paradigma della solidarietà esistente nell’ordinamento sovranazionale, mostrando come esso sia finalizzato prevalentemente (anche se non esclusivamente) a garantire l’integrazione dei mercati.
