Complete Contraction of Tensor and Its Application

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics Research
This article presents a mathematical model for tensor complete contraction utilizing permutation group theory. The model helps in identifying the index class that dictates the complete contraction of even-order tensors. Additionally, the concept of a complete contraction closed loop is introduced along with a method for calculating the number of ...

Design of Terpene‐Based Eco‐Friendly Solution Process for High‐Performance Organic Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
High‐performance, terpene‐processed organic solar cells (OSCs) by designing a new green co‐solvent system consisting of eucalyptol (Eu) and 2‐methyltetrahydrofuran (MeTHF) are developed. The OSCs processed from the optimal ratio of Eu and MeTHF achieve the highest power conversion efficiency (PCE) value of 17.3% reported to date for terpene‐processed ...

On Properties of Class A(n) and n-Paranormal Operators

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
Let n be a positive integer, and an operator T∈B(ℋ) is called a class A(n) operator if T1+n2/1+n≥|T|2 and n-paranormal operator if T1+nx1/1+n≥||Tx|| for every unit vector x∈ℋ, which are common generalizations of class A and paranormal, respectively.

Liquid Metals as Initiators of Free‐Radical Polymerization of Hydrogels: A Perspective

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Gallium‐based liquid metals initiate free radical polymerization to form hydrogels without the use of toxic molecular initiators. In addition to initiating polymerization, they can act as crosslinkers, yielding softer, more extensible, and tougher hydrogels than those formed with conventional initiators.
