Interlayer sliding in the RuO2Zn2F2 bilayer induces ferroelectricity and enables reversible valley polarization switching. The electric dipole and valley‐resolved band edges are intimately coupled, revealing sliding ferroelectricity as a powerful mechanism for electrical control of valley degrees of freedom in 2D materials.

Reshaped tensor nuclear norms for higher order tensor completion
We investigate optimal conditions for inducing low-rankness of higher order tensors by using convex tensor norms with reshaped tensors. We propose the reshaped tensor nuclear norm as a generalized approach to reshape tensors to be regularized by using the tensor nuclear norm.

Inspired by spider silk, a bio‐inspired polyamide elastomer with a dynamic physical cross‐linking network is developed. Mimicking the rigid β‐sheet crystals and sacrificial hydrogen bonds of silk, the material achieves an exceptional balance of strength and toughness.

In this work, we propose a CMP method for InP using NH4PF₆, which hydrolyzes under In3+ catalysis to form reactive species. These convert InP into low‐binding‐energy fluorides, facilitating removal and dissolution. The process delivers high material removal rates, smooth surfaces, and fluorine passivation that lowers defect density and improves ...

Tensile‐strained bismuth nanosheets (TS‐BiNs) achieve a formate Faradaic efficiency of 92% at −1000 mA cm−2 and enable stable production of pure formic acid (HCOOH) in a solid‐state electrolyte reactor. Theoretical calculations reveal that the introduced strain lowers the energy barrier for *OCHO intermediate formation, fundamentally enhancing the ...
