A metallic implant's higher stiffness compared to the surrounding bone leads to stress shielding problems, causing bone density reduction and bone growth interference in pediatric patients. 3D‐printed triply periodic minimal surface structures present a promising engineering solution.

Tensor products of partial algebras
In this paper we introduce the tensor product of partial algebras w.r.t. a quasi-primtive class of partial algebras, and we prove some of its main properties. This construction generalizes the well-known tensor product of total algebras w.r.t. varieties.

In this study, exciting new bi‐/multi‐linear elastic behavior of soft elastic composites that accompany the activation of wrinkling in the embedded interfacial layers is analyzed. The new features and performance of these composite materials, including dramatic enhancements in energy storage, can be tailored by the concentration of interfacial layers ...

A general product of tensors with applications [PDF]
We define a general product of two $n$-dimensional tensors $\mathbb {A}$ and $\mathbb {B}$ with orders $m\ge 2$ and $k\ge 1$, respectively. This product is a generalization of the usual matrix product, and satisfies the associative law. Using this product, many concepts and known results of tensors can be simply expressed and/or proved, and a number of

The study presents an efficient simulation approach for the polymer laser powder bed fusion process polymers process, validated with polyamide 12, polyamide 6, and polyetherketoneketone. It shows that inter layer time affects part density, with 90s yielding dense parts.

Tensor products of finitely cocomplete and abelian categories
The purpose of this article is to study the existence of Deligne's tensor product of abelian categories by comparing it with the well-known ten- sor product of finitely cocomplete categories.

Additive manufacturing of magnesium alloys by laser is difficult because the melting point of the oxide layer is much higher than the evaporation temperature of the metal underneath. Making the oxide layer thinner can solve this problem. Alloying magnesium with strontium makes the oxide layer thinner, especially at 0.5 wt%.
