On the tensor products of algebras
Let A be an irreducible F-algebra of linear transformations on a vector space M over F, acting on the right, and set \(D=End_ A(M)\) and \(S=Soc(A)\). This paper contains a number of interesting theorems which extend known results about the relation between \(A\otimes B\) and \(D\otimes B\), for B an F-algebra.

Exposure to common noxious agents (1), including allergens, pollutants, and micro‐nanoplastics, can cause epithelial barrier damage (2) in our body's protective linings. This may trigger an immune response to our microbiome (3). The epithelial barrier theory explains how this process can lead to chronic noncommunicable diseases (4) affecting organs ...

One-Bit Function Perturbation Impact on Robust Set Stability of Boolean Networks with Disturbances
This paper investigates the one-bit function perturbation (OBFP) impact on the robust set stability of Boolean networks with disturbances (DBNs). Firstly, the dynamics of these networks are converted into the algebraic forms utilizing the semi-tensor ...

Noetherian Tensor Products [PDF]
Relatively little is known about the ideal structure of A⊗RA' when A and A' are R-algebras. In [4, p. 460], Curtis and Reiner gave conditions that imply certain tensor products are semi-simple with minimum condition. Herstein considered when the tensor product has zero Jacobson radical in [6, p. 43]. Jacobson [7, p. 114] studied tensor products with no

Understanding and measuring mechanical signals in the tumor stroma
This review discusses cancer‐associated fibroblast subtypes and their functions, particularly in relation to extracellular matrix production, as well as the development of 3D models to study tumor stroma mechanics in vitro. Several quantitative techniques to measure tissue mechanical properties are also described, to emphasize the diagnostic and ...

Edge detection using nonlinear structure tensor
In order to improve the performance of edge detection for noisy images, a new edge detection method based on nonlinear structure tensor is proposed. First, the tensor product of noisy images is calculated.

The tumor microenvironment is a dynamic, multifaceted complex system of interdependent cellular, biochemical, and biophysical components. Three‐dimensional in vitro models of the tumor microenvironment enable a better understanding of these interactions and their impact on cancer progression and therapeutic resistance.

Real Color Image Denoising Using t-Product- Based Weighted Tensor Nuclear Norm Minimization
Color images can be seen as third-order tensors with column, row and color modes. Considering two inherent characteristics of a color image including the non-local self-similarity (NSS) and the cross-channel correlation, we extract non-local similar ...
