Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

One-Bit Function Perturbation Impact on Robust Set Stability of Boolean Networks with Disturbances
This paper investigates the one-bit function perturbation (OBFP) impact on the robust set stability of Boolean networks with disturbances (DBNs). Firstly, the dynamics of these networks are converted into the algebraic forms utilizing the semi-tensor ...

Diffusion‐based size determination of solute particles: a method adapted for postsynaptic proteins
We present a diffusion‐based approach for measuring the size of macromolecules and their complexes, and demonstrate its use on postsynaptic proteins. The method requires fluorescein‐labelled protein samples, a microfluidic device that maintains laminar flow for said samples, a microscope recording the emitted fluorescent signals, and an analytic ...

Robust Set Stability for Switched Boolean Networks Under One-Bit Function Perturbation
This paper investigates robust set stability for the switched Boolean networks (SBNs) with arbitrary switching signal affected by one-bit function perturbation (OBFP).

On the tensor product of linear sites and Grothendieck categories
We define a tensor product of linear sites, and a resulting tensor product of Grothendieck categories based upon their representations as categories of linear sheaves.

A general model for analysis of linear and hyperbolic enzyme inhibition mechanisms
We developed a general enzyme kinetic model that integrates these six basic inhibition mechanism onto a single one. From this model, we deduced a general enzyme kinetic equation that through modulation of simple parameters, γ (the relative inhibitor affinity for two binding sites) and β (the reactivity of the enzyme–substrate–inhibitor complex), is ...

Real Color Image Denoising Using t-Product- Based Weighted Tensor Nuclear Norm Minimization
Color images can be seen as third-order tensors with column, row and color modes. Considering two inherent characteristics of a color image including the non-local self-similarity (NSS) and the cross-channel correlation, we extract non-local similar ...

Edge detection using nonlinear structure tensor
In order to improve the performance of edge detection for noisy images, a new edge detection method based on nonlinear structure tensor is proposed. First, the tensor product of noisy images is calculated.

SNUPN‐Related Muscular Dystrophy: Novel Phenotypic, Pathological and Functional Protein Insights
ABSTRACT Objective SNUPN‐related muscular dystrophy or LGMDR29 is a new entity that covers from a congenital or childhood onset pure muscular dystrophy to more complex phenotypes combining neurodevelopmental features, cataracts, or spinocerebellar ataxia. So far, 12 different variants have been described.
