Design and simulation of a temperature-tunable terahertz metamaterials based on VO2 particles
A temperature-sensitive metamaterial containing vanadium dioxide (VO2) particles is designed and simulated in the terahertz band. A near-perfect absorption peak is achieved by optimizing structural parameters at room temperature.
