An end‐to‐end deep‐learning framework combining inverse prediction and gradient refinement enables rapid design of dynamically tunable lithium‐niobate metamaterial absorbers for optical communication. Abstract The complex refractive index (CRI) of ice is one of the main parameters driving the optical properties of ice clouds and frozen surfaces, hence their climate impact. This paper presents 3D bulk metamaterials in which diced cross‐bar meta‐grains are randomly dispersed in a polymer matrix by molding. The de‐latticed composite provides isotropic and band‐selective THz attenuation with over tenfold dispersion suppression compared to the periodic metasurface.
