Ibrutinib versus allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplant in relapsed/refractory del(17p) chronic lymphocytic leukaemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma

After adjusting for confounders, the ibrutinib cohort had significantly better overall survival (adjusted hazard ratio, 0.39; 95% confidence interval, 0.23–0.68; p = 0.0008) than the allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) cohort.

Survival after first relapse in marginal zone lymphomas: Prospective data from the international observational NF10 study

Summary While marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) is generally indolent, outcomes following relapse remain poorly defined. This study utilized the indolent Non Follicular 10 (NF10) prospective database to characterize survival and identify prognostic drivers in patients failing initial systemic therapy. The study analysed 122 patients with relapsed MZL.
