ALD‐Assisted VO2 for Memristor Application
This work demonstrates a strategy for depositing VOx using thermal atomic layer deposition (ALD) followed by thermal annealing to synthesize VO2. The thin film and core/shell wire memristors exhibit excellent switching performance and are highly sensitive to ambient temperature.

Herein the metal‐to‐insulator transition is investigated when depositing vanadium dioxide (VO2) on glass or aluminum‐doped zinc oxide (AZO). O2 flow tuning during the deposition and additional post annealing are effective to control the metal‐to‐insulator transition. However, the VO2/AZO/glass stack reveals an increase in the transition temperature and

Algorithmic Properties of Sparse Digraphs [PDF]
The notions of bounded expansion and nowhere denseness have been applied very successfully in algorithmic graph theory. We study the corresponding notions of directed bounded expansion and nowhere crownfulness on directed graphs. We show that many of the algorithmic tools that were developed for undirected bounded expansion classes can, with some care,

This study introduces an extracorporeal hemoperfusion system incorporating porous microbeads embedded with autocatalytic ceria nanoparticles (CeNPs) for targeted reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging in septic shock. The blood‐compatible hemoperfusion cartridge demonstrated significant improvements in survival, hemodynamic stability, and organ ...
