BER measurements in the evaluation of operation correctness of VSAT modem traffic interfaces [PDF]
This paper presents using bit error rate (BER) measurements to evaluate operation correctness of traffic (input-output) interfaces in modem of very small aperture terminal (VSAT). Such functional tests are carried out, for example, when purchasing communication equipment for armed forces.

In this paper, we investigate the application of signal‐to‐leakage‐plus‐noise ratio (SLNR) beamforming to low Earth orbit non‐terrestrial networks. The SLNR criterion aims at maximizing the received desired signal power for each user while minimizing the overall interference power caused by each user to all other co‐channel receivers. We show that such

Digitally programmable organic light‐emitting tetrodes
A new concept of electronic device that directly converts codeable digital signals into visible information is reported. This new type of device containing three light‐emitting units needs only one digital signal to integrate and control the light‐emitting state of the entire pixel, which is expected to reduce 2/3 of the switching devices.
