Synthesis and characterization of a new ternary nitride, Ca3VN3

open access: yesJournal of Solid State Chemistry, 1992
We have synthesized a new ternary nitride, Ca 3 VN 3 , from the binary nitrides at high temperature. The refined structure was solved in the P 2 1 / m space group with lattice constants a =6.717(2), b =5.064(2), c =6.720(3) A, β =78.88(3)°, Z =2, R =3.2%, and R w =3.7%. The structure is related to the recently reported A 3 M N 3 compounds

Biointegrated Multilayer Stretchable OLED Platform With Strain‐Decoupled Architecture for Durable Phototherapeutic Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multilayer stretchable organic light‐emitting diode (SOLED) patch enables conformal, high‐fill‐factor phototherapeutic illumination through vertically decoupled electrodes and robust encapsulation. The textile‐based SOLED platform delivers stable skin‐contact red light for wearable phototherapy and 5‐aminolevulinic acid (ALA)‐mediated photodynamic ...

Biomimetic Macrophage Cell Membrane‐Based Nanoparticles for Effective Treatment of Glioblastoma Through Boron Neutron Capture Therapy Combined With Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) remains largely incurable due to the blood‐brain barrier (BBB) and immunosuppressive microenvironment. While boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) selectively eradicates tumor cells via 10B(n, α)‐7Li reactions, its clinical potential in GBM is unrealized because of the suboptimal pharmacokinetics of conventional ...

Interfacial Control in Cu–MXene Hybrids Enables Selective NOx‐to‐NH3 Electroconversion: A Critical Review

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cu‐MXene interfacial catalysts provide a promising platform for electrochemical NOx upcycling to ammonia. The synergy between Cu active sites and conductive, surface‐tunable MXene supports promotes NOx adsorption, intermediate stabilization, and selective NH3 formation while suppressing competing hydrogen evolution, offering a route toward sustainable ...

Machine‐Learning Framework for Designing Stable Interfaces in All‐Solid‐State Lithium‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A data‐driven strategy is developed to discover coating materials for all‐solid‐state lithium batteries. Using calculations of interfacial reactivity, unsupervised pattern recognition, and machine‐learning prediction, the study identifies low‐reactivity compositional patterns and screens new lithium‐based oxide and polyanion candidates, extending ...

Synthesis, structure and properties elf a new ternary interstitial nitride: Ni2W3N

open access: yes, 1998
A new ternary interstitial nitride Ni2W3N has been synthesized by the ammonolysis of different oxide precursors and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. This nitride crystallizes in the cubic space group P4(1)32(213) [Ni2W3N,

Fabrication of Composite Cathode for All‐Solid‐State Sodium Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
The design of composite cathodes for all‐solid‐state sodium batteries must address three critical challenges—interfacial side reactions, interfacial delamination, and highly tortuous transport pathways. This work outlines structural and interfacial strategies to optimize ion transport and mechanical stability, enabling durable, and high‐performance ...

Harnessing Z-scheme charge transfer in ultrathin C3N5/TiO2@Ti3C2Cl2 MXene nanosheets for sustainable water purification, hydrogen evolution, and biocompatibility

open access: yesJournal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices
MXenes have recently emerged as one of the most promising conductive supports for photocatalytic water remediation and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrocatalysts. This study presented the synthesis of a novel nanocomposite, TiO2@Ti3C2Cl2, using a
