Embedded Direct‐Written Organic Micro‐TEGs for High‐Efficiency Skin‐Heat Harvesting

A finite‐element–guided design of direct‐written organic micro‐thermoelectric generators is presented for efficient skin‐heat harvesting. Embedding PEDOT:PSS/PBFDO thermoelectric legs within flexible substrates suppresses interfacial heat losses and enhances vertical heat flow.

Influence of Top Electrode Metal on Resistive Switching in Multilayer MOCVD MoS2 Memristors

MoS2 memristors typically use evaporated noble metal electrodes. This study compares Pd, Ni, and Al electrodes and sputtered versus evaporated deposition. Breaking the Durability–Power Trade‐Off: Boron‐Directed Faceted O3 Cathodes for High‐Rate Sodium‐Ion Batteries

Boron‐oxide‐assisted particle engineering stabilizes O3‐type layered cathodes for sodium‐ion batteries by mitigating phase transitions and lattice strain. Acting as flux and structural modifier, boron forms submicron hexagonal platelets with (003) facets and expanded Na‐layer spacing, enabling rapid Na⁺ diffusion and mechanical resilience.
