Integrative Zoology, EarlyView.Vegetation cover promotes rodent activity and acorn dispersal, while wild boars exert a direct negative effect on mice. Conversely, deer and predators displayed no significant impact on rodent behavior. These results identify wild boars as the main disruptors of rodent‐mediated forest regeneration.

Journal of Integrative Plant Biology, EarlyView.The small cyclic peptide CP32 effectively inhibits Phytophthora infestans, the causal agent of potato and tomato late blight. Combined biochemical and phenotypic analyses demonstrate that CP32 disrupts cell wall biosynthesis, a key process in pathogen infection, resulting in a marked reduction of disease symptoms in plants.
