Dynamic legitimacy in territorial conflicts
Legitimacy plays a critical role in secessionist conflicts, which are per se a struggle about the territorial status of the people and its government alongside the degree of international recognition. This article examines how legitimacy is claimed by political actors during and after conflict, using the case study of Aceh secessionism.

CDegSR, a new tool for imaging RNA at single molecule level in living cells was developed by researchers. Background noise was eliminated by protein engineering and making it degrade when not bound to its target. This allowed individual RNA molecules to be clearly imaged and tracked.

Mutant KRAS‐m6A Epitranscriptome Axis Promotes Colorectal Cancer and is a Therapeutic Target
Mutant KRAS‐m6A axis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) progression. Mutant KRAS stabilizes METTL3, leading to increased m6A‐modified BCL9L mRNA and translation of BCL9L protein. BCL9L in turn mediates TGF‐β secretion to induce differentiation of Treg and an immunosuppressive microenvironment.
