Composition‐Aware Cross‐Sectional Integration for Spatial Transcriptomics

Multi‐section spatial transcriptomics demands coherent cell‐type deconvolution, domain detection, and batch correction, yet existing pipelines treat these tasks separately. Comparing the efficacy of dextrose, mannitol, and saline solutions in male rabbits' chemical castration
