Two Decades of DNA Methylation Shifts Reveal Epigenomic Responses to Environmental Change in Wild Salmo salar From Its Southernmost Populations

open access: yesMolecular Ecology, Volume 35, Issue 13, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) populations have been declining across the North Atlantic, with southern populations, including those in rivers draining into the southwestern Bay of Biscay, showing some of the strongest impacts. These rivers mark the species' southernmost distribution limit and are highly vulnerable to global change stressors ...

Route TESI [PDF]

open access: yesCirculation Research, 2017
Imagine driving to Santa Monica, CA, from Chicago, IL. How can one determine the most efficient route to get to the destination? Is it the shortest distance? The most highways? The least construction routes? The most scenic routes? All the parameters need to be taken into account when evaluating the trajectory toward the destination.

Validation of a Multiparametric, Automated, Macroarray‐Based Assay for the Detection of Autoantibodies in Autoimmune Liver Disease

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, Volume 40, Issue 11, June 2026.
The assay exploited a multiparametric and fully automated device applied to CHORUS EVO to validate that the CHORUS Macroarray Liver Diseases kit is a novel procedure for detecting autoantibodies of AIH and PBC. The assay resulted as linear, accurate, sensitive, specific, and able to distinguish between PBC and AIH.
