Clinically Relevant Outcome Measures in Women With Adrenoleukodystrophy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Adrenoleukodystrophy is a rare inherited peroxisomal disease caused by pathogenic variants in the ABCD1 gene located on the X chromosome. Although the most severe central nervous system and adrenal complications typically affect only men with adrenoleukodystrophy, the majority of women develop myeloneuropathy symptoms in adulthood.

Exploiting DBSCAN and Combination Strategy to Prioritize the Test Suite in Regression Testing

open access: yesIET Software
Test case prioritization techniques improve the fault detection rate by adjusting the execution sequence of test cases. For static black-box test case prioritization techniques, existing methods generally improve the fault detection rate by increasing ...

Diffusion Spectrum Imaging Maps Early Axonal Loss and a Unique Progressive Signal in Neuronal Intranuclear Inclusion Disease

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To delineate specific in vivo white matter pathology in neuronal intranuclear inclusion disease (NIID) using diffusion spectrum imaging (DSI) and define its clinical relevance. Methods DSI was performed on 42 NIID patients and 38 matched controls.

An Insight Into Test Case Optimization: Ideas and Trends With Future Perspectives

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Software engineering comprises several disciplines. Testing, the subject of this paper, is an important phase which is still largely unpredictable, expensive, and ad hoc. Software testing has already been framed as an optimization problem, i.e., to solve

Reduction in Renal Relapse and Preservation of Long‐Term Kidney Function After Lupus Low Disease Activity in Patients With Lupus Nephritis

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Lupus low disease activity state (LLDAS) is a validated treatment target in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), but limited studies have explored the role of LLDAS in lupus nephritis (LN). This study aims to investigate the frequency and predictors of LLDAS attainment and its benefit on LN relapse and renal function preservation in patients ...

An Empirical Comparison of Fixed-Strength and Mixed-Strength for Interaction Coverage Based Prioritization

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
Test case prioritization (TCP) plays an important role in identifying, characterizing, diagnosing, and correcting faults quickly. The TCP has been widely used to order test cases of different types, including model inputs (also called abstract test cases)

Efficient 2D-3D Matching for Multi-Camera Visual Localization

open access: yes, 2019
Visual localization, i.e., determining the position and orientation of a vehicle with respect to a map, is a key problem in autonomous driving. We present a multicamera visual inertial localization algorithm for large scale environments.

OPTIMIZATION OF TEST CASES BY PRIORITIZATION [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Computer Science, 2013
Regression testing is testing the software in order to make sure that the modification made on the program lines does not affect the other parts of th e software, it is in maintenance phase and accounts for 80% of the maintenance cost and thus optimizing reg ression testing is one of the prime motives of software testers.
