Acute testicular infarction in the setting of SARS-CoV-2 infection and diabetic vasculopathy
Acute testicular pain with no arterial flow on Doppler ultrasonography is highly consistent with testicular torsion. In adults, there are rare etiologies of testicular infarction other than torsion, including infection, vasculitis, and trauma.
