Testing Unbiasedness of Testing a Sequence of Tests
2019 IEEE 8th International Workshop on Computational Advances in Multi-Sensor Adaptive Processing (CAMSAP), 2019The paper investigates testing whether a sequence of independent binary test outcomes matches a prediction. Building on the results of [1], we explore several composite-hypothesis tests (GLR, Rao, Wald, etc.), but find that no unbiased test exists with only one scan. We also show that, with multiple looks, unbiased testing indeed does become possible.
