Propanalol in Fallot's Tetralogy
The Indian Journal of Pediatrics, 1973Cyanotic spells and paroxysmal dyspnoea are common manifestations of severe form of Fallot's tetralogy. Palliative shunt procedures are done as a standard therapy. Where surgical facilities are not available drug therapy is worth trying. Beta-adrenergic blocking drugs are considered useful in this respect.
