Removal of Radioactive Iodide by Surfactant-Modified Zeolites

open access: yesAdsorption Science & Technology, 2003
The removal of radionuclides such as 129 I and 131 I from radioactive liquid wastes was studied. Two natural zeolites were modified with different quaternary alkylammonium ions to replace the exchangeable cations from the zeolite surface and used as ...

Cu‐Doped Amorphous High‐Entropy Hydroxides Activating Electrochemical Reconstruction: Triggering LOM and Chloride Repellency for Enhanced Water and Seawater Oxidation

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
Copper‐doped amorphous high‐entropy hydroxide (CuNiCoFeCrOH) is constructed via one‐step electrodeposition. Cu doping promotes electrochemical reconstruction by accelerating Cr leaching and re‐adsorption, triggering LOM and chloride repellency for efficient water and seawater oxidation.
