Dendrimers Improve Apolipoprotein Nanoparticle mRNA Delivery to Immune Cells
Advanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 3, 13 January 2026.Apolipoprotein nanoparticle (aNP) platform technology efficiently delivers RNA to immune cells following systemic administration. Here, it is demonstrated that incorporating polyvalent ionizable cationic dendrimers in aNPs enables robust mRNA complexation and functional delivery.
