Treatment of a rapidly expanding thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm after endovascular repair of descending thoracic aortic aneurysm in an old patient. [PDF]
Background: Aortic pathology progression and/or procedure related complications following endovascular repair should always be considered mostly in older patients.

TEVAR: Endovascular Repair of the Thoracic Aorta [PDF]
The development of thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) has allowed a minimally invasive approach for management of an array of thoracic aortic pathologies. Initially developed specifically for exclusion of thoracic aortic aneurysms, TEVAR is now used as an alternative to open surgery for a variety of disease pathologies due to the lower ...

Aortobronchial Fistula: A Case Report and Literature Review
ABSTRACT This report details the urgent management of a life‐threatening aortobronchial fistula (ABF) in a 61‐year‐old male with a history of esophageal cancer surgery, who presented with massive hemoptysis, underscoring the critical role of rapid diagnosis and endovascular intervention in this rare vascular complication.

What makes the difference between the natural course of a remaining type B dissection after type A repair and a primary type B aortic dissection?† [PDF]
OBJECTIVES To analyse the outcome and need for intervention [surgery or thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR)] in patients after surgery for remaining type B dissection after type A repair and primary type B aortic dissection.

ABSTRACT The coexistence of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) and aortic dissection aneurysm is a rare clinical occurrence. We report a case of a 51‐year‐old female presenting with type B aortic dissection and PDA‐related internal leakage. Initial management involved thoracic endovascular aortic repair with a single‐branch stent graft.

ABSTRACT Open surgical repair of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm with vertebral erosion is rare and complex, especially in low‐resource settings. This case shows that with multidisciplinary planning, staged aneurysm exclusion and spinal stabilization can yield excellent outcomes, even where endovascular tools are unavailable.

Temperature‐Dependent Shifts in Multiple Indirect Defensive Interactions on Black Cherry
This study examined how temperature mediates multiple tri‐trophic defensive interactions involving black cherry (Prunus serotina) seedlings. Warmer temperatures altered the strength of some interactions—modifying the relationships between leaf domatia, mutualistic domatia‐dwelling mites, and foliar fungi—while other relationships, like the interactions
