Consumer Health Perceptions of Cows' Milk and Plant‐Based Milk Alternatives
ABSTRACT This study used a best‐worst scale experiment to reveal consumers' beliefs about the healthiness of selected cows' milk and plant‐based milk products based on their nutrition panels.
