General Relativity and Gravitation, 1987
Can the spatially closed Friedmann-Robertson-Walker universe (FRW) look like the flat or the open ones? In this paper the topological defects called textures, which are nonlocalized and stable solutions of classical equations of motion on a spatial manifold with compact dimensions, have been the effect responsible for the simulation of flat or open FRW

Texture: A cosmological topological defect
Physical Review D, 1987The notions of phase transition and causality, combined with the standard cosmological model, lead to the appearance of topological defects in the early Universe. The most familiar types of defects are solitons, strings, and domain walls. Another type---textures---can exist when the spatial universe is compact.

Cosmological Becoming: The Texture Of Reality
This work examines humanity’s place within an expanding and evolving universe. It proposes that consciousness develops in degrees according to structural complexity and that human self-awareness represents an intensified phase of this broader process. Rejecting both anthropocentrism and nihilistic reductionism, the paper situates humans as relational ...openaire +1 more source
