Processing and ferroelectric behavior of textured KSr2Nb5O15 ceramics
Journal of Materials Science, 2006-textured KSr2Nb5O15 (KSN) ceramics were fabricated in a matrix of SrNb2O6 and KNbO3 powders via reactive templated grain growth (TGG), using -oriented acicular KSN particles as the template for grain growth. KSN phase formation started at 1100 °C and was complete at 1300 °C.
