F1 score of age classification (feature size of TF-IDF and Word2Vec is all 500; TF-IDF + Word2Vec is 1,000).

open access: yes, 2018
In general, models from image objects showed greater performance than those from tags. For combined features, we used TF-IDF and Word2Vec, and the model performance increased when the combined features were used. 0.88 is the highest performance.

Differential effects of central blood volume loading and unloading on pulmonary diffusing capacity in humans

open access: yesThe Journal of Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract figure legend Central blood volume (CBV) is a key haemodynamic determinant of pulmonary diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide (DLCO) and its components, capillary blood volume (Vc) and membrane diffusing capacity (Dm,CO). However the contribution of CBV to DLCO regulation remains poorly defined. We investigated the effects of graded increases

Maternal protein restriction programs the ageing kidney: Proteomic signatures of early‐life origin renal and metabolic dysfunction

open access: yesThe Journal of Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract figure legend Maternal protein restriction (MPR) induced persistent renal histopathological alterations accompanied by elevated serum creatinine levels. Nephron‐segment proteomic analysis revealed region‐specific molecular dysregulation affecting Bowman's capsule (PARK7, oxidative stress sensor; MSN, cytoskeletal organization), the proximal ...
