Transciphering, Using FiLIP and TFHE for an Efficient Delegation of Computation
Improved filter permutators are designed to build stream ciphers that can be efficiently evaluated homomorphically. So far the transciphering with such ciphers has been implemented with homomorphic schemes from the second generation. In theory the third generation is more adapted for the particular design of these ciphers.

Faster NTRU-based Bootstrapping in less than 4 ms
Bootstrapping is a critical technique in constructing fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), which serves to refresh the noise in FHE ciphertexts, enabling an arbitrary number of homomorphic operations.

Towards a Functionally Complete and Parameterizable TFHE Processor
Fully homomorphic encryption allows the evaluation of arbitrary functions on encrypted data. It can be leveraged to secure outsourced and multiparty computation. TFHE is a fast torus-based fully homomorphic encryption scheme that allows both linear operations, as well as the evaluation of arbitrary non-linear functions.

Hitchhiker's guide to a practical automated TFHE parameter setup for custom applications [PDF]
Also referred to as the Holy Grail of Cryptography, Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) allows for arbitrary calculations over encrypted data. As a basic use-case, FHE enables a User to delegate a computation over her sensitive data to a semi-trusted ...

Privacy-Preserving Tree-Based Inference with TFHE
Privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) have been proposed as a way to protect the privacy of data while still allowing for data analysis. In this work, we focus on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), a powerful tool that allows for arbitrary computations to be performed on encrypted data.

Optimized Homomorphic Evaluation of Boolean Functions
We propose a new framework to homomorphically evaluate Boolean functions using the Torus Fully Homomorphic Encryption (TFHE) scheme. Compared to previous approaches focusing on Boolean gates, our technique can evaluate more complex Boolean functions ...
